摘  要:目的]对草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂中的异丙胺根离子进行定量分析。[方法]用Ion PacTM CS 12A分析色谱柱(含Ion PacTM CG 12A保护柱)和电导检测器、外标法对草甘膦异丙胺盐中的异丙胺根离子进行定量分析。[结果]方法测定的异丙胺根离子质量浓度在3.67-25.68 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r为0.9999,方法系统稳定性和重复性测定的相对标准偏差分别为0.80%和1.78%,回收率在98.3%-101.9%之间,最低检出限为0.012 61 mg/L。[结论]方法操作简便、灵敏,结果可靠。[Aims] The qualitative and quantitative analysis of isopropylamine root in glyphosate-isopropylammo-nium aqueous solution were optimized. [Methods] The qualitative and quantitative of isopropylamine root in glyphosate- isopropylammonium were determined by ion chromatography with an Ion PacTM CS 12A analytical column (including Ion PacTM CG guarded column), an ECD, and external standard, [Results] The correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9999 with isopropylamine root concentration in the range of 3.67-25.68 mg/L. The system precision and method repeatability of relative standard deviations were 0.80 and 1.78% respectively, the sample recovery rate was between 98.3-101.9%. The limit of detection was 0.012 61 mg/L. [Conclusions] The method was simple, sensitive and reliable.
