摘 要:[目的]应用超高效液相-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立氰氟虫腙在水稻植株、糙米及土壤中残留的分析方法。[方法]样品采用乙腈提取,乙二胺氮丙基硅烷(PSA)净化,UPLC-MS/MS检测,外标法(ESTD)定量。[结果]在0.005-1.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内,氰氟虫腙的仪器响应值与质量浓度呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,当氰氟虫腙在植株、糙米和土壤中的添加质量分数为0.005-1.0 mg/kg时,平均回收率为71.24%-93.86%,变异系数在4.0%-11.0%之间。[结论]该方法快速、灵敏,适用于检测水稻及土壤中氰氟虫腙的残留量。[Aims] An analytical method using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed for analysis of metaflunizone residue in paddy, rice and soil. [Methods] Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up with primary secondary amine (PSA), and detected by UPLC-MS/MS. External reference method was used for the quantitative determination. [Results] The linearity was satisfied (r=0.999 5) in the concentration range of 0.005-1.0 mg/L. When spiked at 0.005-1.0 mg/L, the average fortified recoveries in paddy, rice and rice varied from 71.24-93.86% with the coefficient of variation of 4.0-11.0%. [Conclusions] The method was rapid, sensitive and suitable for determination of metaflunizone in rice and soil.
