摘 要:在煤层厚度4~10m,赋存条件复杂,特别是煤层厚度变化较大的急倾斜厚煤层,应用"Z"型通风沿空留巷水平分段放顶煤采煤技术。在合理的水平分段内,沿煤层顶板布置运输巷道。工作面回采后,在工作面底板位置采用沿空留巷技术,使留巷与采区回风巷道相通,构成通风系统。工作面的通风线路为"Z"型,具有回采工作面布置灵活、巷道掘进量少、支护简单等特点,有效解决了急倾斜厚煤层水平分段放顶煤采煤法中工作面长度受煤层厚度变化大而难于正常布置、通风系统复杂、生产成本高等问题。在长沟峪煤矿现场应用过程中,该技术取得了良好的社会和经济效果。This paper is engaged in exploring the coal-mining technology suitable for the steep 4-10 m-thick coal seam in rather complicated conditions. In the experimental application, we have found it particualrly suitable for the coal seams of great variety in an inclined direction. For such conditions of inclined sections of different thicknesses, Z-shaped ventilation roadpath is recommended to be applied along the goaf as is stated in the Horizontal Section Caving Mining Technology. Such steep inclined coal seams in the inclined direction are usually divided into some parallel sections in regard to its horizontal plane, with each level situated in a segment along the coal transportation tunnel. Once the coal workarea was excavated with the advancing of work-face, it would be possible to use gob-side entry retaining technology to the goaf to form a ventilation system. In so doing, we have applied such a goaf near the side of the base plate in this paper to form a flexible shield support and the working face air return roadway, which has actually helped to form a ventilation system. And, in this way, the mining coal workarea ventilation line has turned to be Z-shaped. Thus, it can be seen that the horizontal section caving mining technology has greatly contributed to the reduction of engineering construction size and roadway construction cost with the supporting pattern and method in the tunnel construction process. The technology application has effectively helped to solve the problem of steeply inclined thick coal seam exploitation in the horizontal section mining method in spite of the variation of the mining workface length and thickness of the coal seam. In Changgouyu colliery in the field application, the results of the technology have brought about remarkable social and economic benefits and broadened the application conditions of exploitation of such steeply inclined thick coal seam sublevels.
