摘 要:通常油罐底部铺有300~600mm的砂垫层,渗漏油气则会在砂垫层中扩散和渗透,只需在罐基础上钻取数个深达砂垫层的探漏孔,就能用10-6级灵敏度油气浓度检测仪探测到油罐底板的渗漏。现场试验数据表明,该探漏法比油库现行方法提前3个月以上发现油罐底板的渗漏。通过该方法的现场应用得到3个结论:1)各个油库无漏汽油罐罐基础内油气体积分数的库平均值不一定相同,差别还较大;2)同一个油库各个无漏油罐罐基础内的油气体积分数平均值差别不大;3)一旦油罐渗漏油品,其罐基础内某个或某几个探测孔内的油气体积分数会逐渐升高或急剧飙升,可达到该库无漏油罐基础内平均油气体积分数的几十倍甚至上百倍。在试验数据分析的基础上提出了汽油油罐的判漏标准,即当某个汽油罐的1个或多个探测孔的油气体积分数值达到该库无漏油罐基础内平均油气体积分数的几十倍甚至上百倍时,可以判断该罐已经漏油。The present paper is aimed to introduce a renovated method for finding oil tank leakage at the tank bottom through testing the oil vapor volume fraction in the tank foundation. As is known, there is usually a sand pad of 300-600 mm thickness in the tank foundation, through which the oil vapor may likely to get diffused and penetrated in the porous sand pad. In our experience, it is easy for the oil tank runners to find the leakage of the tank by testing if there is any leakage dripping through the edge surface of the foundation by using a vapor detector with 10-6 grade sensitivity. The on-spot experimental data indicate that the method developed by us can detect the leakage in the tank bottom three months in advance than with other methods currently widely used in the oil depot. From the on-spot application of the method, it is possible for us to conclude: (1) The total average vapor volume fraction values are not always equal at the bottom of the oil tanks in the oil depot; they may prove to be quite different in some cases;(2) No great difference can be found with its average vapor concentration in each foundation of the oil tanks in the dame oil depot;(3) If there is found any oil leakage in the tank, the vapor concentration in one or several detecting holes in the foundation tends to increase gradually or sharply, and then the leakage would like to spread dozens of and even hundreds of times of the total average vapor volume fraction values in the foundation of the tanks without any leakage of the oil depot. Based on the analysis of the experimental data, we would like to put forward a leakage-testing standard of the oil tanks, namely: when the vapor volume fraction values in one or more detecting holes of any oil tank's foundation reach dozens to hundreds of times of the total average vapor concentration in the foundation of the gasoline tanks without leakage of the oil depot, it can be deduced that there has occurred leakage with the gasoline tank, which can be taken as a kind of instructi
