摘　　要：通信与信息技术进步使得医疗服务外包成为国际服务贸易中一个快速增长的新领域。本文介绍了医疗服务外包发生的原因、主要类型和发展状况,并从执业资格、质量认证、信息隐私和事故责任4个方面分析了国际医疗服务外包在医疗监管方面面临的挑战。最后,本文讨论了国际医疗服务外包带来的经济利益、其未来的发展趋势及对中国的启示。Advances in communication and information technology enable medical outsourcing to be a fastgrowing area in the trade of healthcare services. This article summarizes the cause, types and current status of medical outsourcing. Then we investigate the challenges posed by medical outsourcing from the aspect of regulatory requirements, such as certification, accreditation, privacy and malpractice. Finally we discuss the economic benefits of medical outsourcing and its future development trends.
