摘　　要：本文主要对数字电视具有的优点以及关键技术进行阐述,分析了现今阶段国内外数字电视的发展状况,针对现今数字电视的发展进程出现的问题进行科学的分析并且提出相应的解决措施,同时对国内外数字电视的发展前景做出了展望。This paper described the advantages of digital TV as well as key technologies, analysed development conditions of the digital TV at home and abroad in current stage, and carried out scientific analysis on the problems in the process of development of modern digital television and proposed appropriate measures to resolve the problems at the same time, made an outlook on the prospects for the development of digital television at home and abroad.
