摘 要:大庆油田永4转油站所辖油井产液量低、含水率高,集油能耗偏高。为降低集输能耗,建立了永4转油站各集输环节能量平衡模型,结合生产运行数据对其进行了能耗分析,确定了能耗分布规律及用能薄弱环节,并提出了主要用能设备改造、生产工艺参数优化等节能技改方案。节能预测结果表明:该集输系统改造后,可节约天然气48.97 m3/h,节电34 kW.h/h,能源效率可提高2.17%,节能效果显著。The wells of Daqing oil field Yong 4 oil transfer station are in condition of low liquid production and high moisture content. This causes a high energy consumption of oil gathering. To reduce the energy consumption,it established the energy balance model of all aspects of Yong 4 oil transfer station gathering and transportation sys- tem. Combined with production data, it analyzed the energy consumption of gathering and transportation system. The energy consumption proportion and energy weak links were identifieded. The energy-saving technical reconstruction such as main equipments alteration and production parameters optimization were proposed. The results of energy- saving forecast show that Yong 4 oil transfer station gathering and transportation system is expected to conserve 48.97 m3/h natural gas and 34 kW ~ h/h electricity after adjustment. Energy efficiency of station increases 2. 17%. The enenrgy-saving effect is significant.
