摘  要:大城市空间扩展造成了通勤距离、通勤时耗的不断增加。近年来,由于行政中心、高等院校等纷纷外迁和城郊大型住宅区的开发建设,形成了很多规模较大、配套不完善的单一功能用地或功能区。居住与就业功能的双重空间失配和出行时间、方式具有规律性的通勤交通,不仅导致高昂的通勤成本,还表现出明显的双向流动特征。以济南为例,通过对典型功能区居民通勤的抽样调查,分析了出行者属性和通勤特征以及双向通勤现象对交通成本、道路负荷和城市运行效率等方面的影响。在此基础上,从城市规划、城市管理和交通规划等角度,提出了保障功能布局与交通互适、居住和就业平衡的建议。Spatial expansion in large urban area dramatically increases commuting distance and commuting time. In recent years, due to the out-migration of administrative centers and institutions of higher education to suburban area and large residential suburbs are developed and constructed, many large-scale, single-function zones with limited public facilities are formed. Double spatial mismatch on residential and working functions and commuter traffic with regular travel time and mode not only lead to high commuting costs, but also show significant characteristics of two-way traffic flow. This paper takes jinan City as an example. Through sampling survey on commuting status of residents living in typical functional zones, analysis focuses on the characteristics of travelers, influences on traffic cost, road load, and urban operation efficiency that made by two-way commuting traffic. Furthermore, from the angles of urban planning, urban management and traffic planning, some certain suggestions are proposed to ensure the inter-coordination between function layout and urban traffic, and establish the balance between live and employment.
