摘　　要：从三个层次探讨了城市发展,首先认为城市发展过程中自组织与他组织交替起主导作用,并且两者均呈上升趋势,但是上升速度不同,城镇发展呈现为扩张阶段和调整阶段交替进行,在城市群等级序列中高一级的城市比低一级的城市发展快四分之一周期;其次,加上距离摩擦成本,城镇发展偏离只考虑城市结构成本的理想状态;第三,再加上生态环境承载力,城镇发展发生第二次偏离。并提出了城市发展建议。Study of developmentof town is based upon three lanyers analyse,firstly,self-organization and hetero-organization is dominant alternately,both go up,but ascending speed is different,dilatation alternates with coordination,higher town development is faster quarter period than lower town;secondly,along with distance friction cost,development of town departures ideal state;thirdly,added to Ecological Environment Carrying Capacity,development of town departures once more.This paper put forward suggestions finally.
