民国大学院与大学区制改革的价值重估

摘　　要：民国大学院与大学区制改革的历史意义和积极价值需要进行研究和重估。从历史上看,大学院与大学区制改革是法国教育模式向近代中国移植范围与程度不断扩展的重要成果;从制度上看,大学院与大学区制改革考虑到了中法政治体制的亲和性,蕴含了在尊重中国政治传统与历史现实的前提下,理性解决政府与大学关系的努力;从文化上看,民国大学院与大学区制改革是中国传统学术文化选择并试图深度融合西方学术文化的必然结果。It is necessary to re-evaluate the university-institute and university-district reform in the Republic of China.From the view of history,the reform was a great achievement of the transplantation of French education model which had been expanded gradually since the beginning of Chinese education modernization;from the view of education system,the affinity traits between Chinese and French educational administration system were considered in the reform;from the view of culture,the reform contained an effort to select and integrate western academic culture into Chinese traditional academic culture.
