摘 要:为了实现对飞机轮毂根部疲劳裂纹的无损检测,设计了一种放置式线圈探头,该探头由1个检测线圈和1个参考线圈组成,利用电桥电路实现对微弱裂纹信号的差动放大检出。信号调理电路采用正交锁相放大对输出进行正交分解,得到包含信号幅值和相位信息的两路直流分量作为裂纹检测的特征量。根据数值仿真得出的结论指导实际探头的设计,对轮毂试件的检测结果表明:该探头能够很好地实现轮毂根部具有一定曲度的表面上小裂纹的检测,且灵敏度高。In order to realize nondestructive cracks testing of aircraft wheel hub, an eddy-current probe is designed which is placed on the wheel hub surface plate. The probe consists of a detecting coil and a reference coil. The faint crack signals are picked up by the electric bridge. The orthogonal phase-lock amplification is adopted to obtain the orthogonal decomposition signals. Two-path DC component, which contain amplitude and phase information are utilized to inspect the cracks. According to the conclusion obtained from numerical simulation and guide design of pratical probe, and the test results for the aircraft wheel hub show that the proposed probe can be used for detecting aperture' s crack accurately and it has high sensitivity.
