摘 要:背景作为一种神经调质,硫化氢(hydrogensulfide,H2S)参与体内的多种病理生理反应,如调节突触活动、促进长时程增强效应及参与疼痛反应,其中H2s对疼痛的调节已日渐成为研究关注的热点。目的对H2s在痛觉调制中的研究进展进行概述。内容就H2S的生物特性、参与疼痛的潜在机制、与不同疼痛间的关系等方面进行阐述。趋势H2S作为体内的一种新型痛觉信使,它在疼痛的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。充分了解H2S的生理作用,阐明其参与痛觉的具体机制,为临床疼痛治疗提供新型的治疗战略。Background As a neuromodulator, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) participates in various pathophysiological events in mammalian body, such as the regulation of synaptic activity, facilitating effect of long-term potentiation, and participation in pain responses. Now many researchers increasingly focus on pain modulation of H2S. Objective This review is to sum the research progress in pain modulation of H2S. Content It is elaborated in the following aspects: the biological properties of H2S, the potential mechanisms by which how the H2S is involved in pain, and the roles the H2S played in different types of pain. Trend H2S, a novel nociceptive messenger in mammalian body, plays a critical roles in the development of pain. Better understanding of the physiological role of H2S and further clarifying the specific mechanisms by which the H^S is involved in pain can provide a new strategy for the clinical treatment of pain.
