摘 要:目的探讨中学生情绪管理与攻击行为的关系,为攻击行为的干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,对安徽省宣城、淮北、蚌埠市12所学校的5 892名中学生进行问卷调查,分析中学生情绪管理得分与攻击行为得分的相关性。结果男生攻击行为得分高于女生,高中生攻击行为得分高于初中生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。高情绪管理能力组中学生攻击行为得分低于低情绪管理能力组(P<0.01)。在控制性别、学段、父母文化程度等变量后,线性回归分析显示情绪管理能力对攻击行为具有负向预测力(β=-0.368,P<0.01)。结论中学生情绪管理和攻击行为的相关有统计学意义。应提升有攻击行为青少年的情绪管理能力。Objective To explore the relationship between emotional regulation and aggressive behavior among junior high school students from Anhui province. Methods All the participants from 12 high schools in 3 cities of Anhui province were ob- tained by a stratified random cluster sampling. The Aggression Questionnaire and the Staffing Emotional Intelligence Scale of Gole- man were implemented among 5 892 students. Results Gender and grade were significantly correlated with aggressive behavior ( P 〈0.05 ) , with boys and senior students scored higher. Students with lower scores of emotional regulation had significantly higher ag- gression scores(P〈0.01 ). Data from multiple regression analysis demonstrated that low emotional regulation was predicative of ag- gressive behavior(β=-0. 368 ,P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Emotional regulation is associated with aggressive behavior among junior high school students, and this could shed lights on interventions for adolescents with aggressive behaviors.
