摘  要:目的探讨低温等离子体灭菌方式对手术室腔镜器械的灭菌步骤和效果。方法采用低温等离子体灭菌器,应用配套灭菌介质和附件,选用腔镜类(镜头、光导纤维、禁水皮类)器械,严格按照规范的操作流程,包括器械的清洗、干燥、包装、灭菌、卸载、存放等进行操作。结果低温等离子体灭菌效果彻底、检测方便可靠,灭菌周期短,器械周转快,缩短了连台手术的器械消毒等待时间,使腔镜日手术量增加到原来的3倍。结论低温等离子体灭菌器用于腔镜灭菌,方便、安全、对内镜损伤小,为首选灭菌方法,并且灭菌后物品储存期长,满足了手术过程中对无菌物品的要求。Objective To investigate the procedure and effect of low-temperature plasma sterili- zation on endoscopic instruments in operating room. Methods Endoscopic intruments (lens, optical fi- ber and leather afraid of water)were sterilized using low temperature plasma sterilizer, sterilization of aux- iliary media and accessories. The whole process in strict accordance with standard operating procedures, including equipment cleaning, drying, pac low temperature plasma sterilization has the kaging , sterilization, unloading and storage. Results The advantages of completely effect, convenient and reliable tes- ting and short sterilization cycle, which accelerate the equipment turnover and shorten the sterilization time between continuous operations.
