先天性食管闭锁患儿27例临床护理

摘　　要：目的手术治疗先天性食管闭锁患儿的临床护理。方法术前加强护士在早期诊断中的作用，加强呼吸道和肺部护理，做好保温和监护，进行充分的术前准备。术后加强气道护理和引流管的管理，密切监护，加强营养支持及正确喂养。结果本27例痊愈23例，死亡4例。吻合口漏5例，愈合3例，吻合口狭窄3例，行扩张治疗后好转。死亡4例中2例死于肺炎，2例死于吻合口瘘（家长放弃治疗后死亡）。结论加强临床护理工作可明显提高先天性食管闭锁患儿的外科治疗效果。Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of 27 infants with congenital esopha- geal atresia accepted operative treatment. Methods Enhancing the nurse＇ s function of early diagnosis, enhancing the nursing of respiratory tract and the lungs, keeping warm and monitoring, sufficient preopera- tive preparation. After operation, enhancing the nursing of respiratory tract and drainage-tube, enhancing nutritional support, feeding correctly. Results Twenty-three cases were cured, 4 cases died. 5 cases had anastomotic leakage, 3 cases closed up, 3 cases had anastomotic stenosis, they were cured after giv- en ballon dilation. 2 cases died of pneumonia, 2 cases died of anastomotic leakage （the parents aban- doned treatment）. Conclusions Enhancing clinical nursing can obviously improve the curative effect of congenital esophageal atresia.
