摘  要:研究一种Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统磷酸盐乳浊玻璃,通过加入混合着色剂Fe2O3、Co2O3、NiO使玻璃着色,探讨着色剂掺入量对乳浊玻璃颜色的影响规律,制备出灰黑色系列的乳浊玻璃。利用X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜分析等方法,研究着色剂对乳浊玻璃分相和析晶的影响。结果表明:在外加一定量的着色剂范围内(质量分数Fe2O32.0%~5.0%、Co2O30.15%~0.25%、NiO 0.3%~0.4%),当Fe2O3的含量小于4.0%时乳浊玻璃的主晶相不变,仍为磷酸钠钙(Na3Ca6(PO4)5),Fe2O3的含量增大到4.0%时主晶相变为羟基磷灰石(Ca5(PO4)3OH);Co2O3和NiO的加入使析晶量减少;着色剂的加入使分相液滴的数量增加,而分相液滴尺寸从约500nm减少到200~400nm。The Naz O-CaO-SiO2 glass opacified by P20s was studied with mixed coloring agents Fe2 03, Co2 03 and NiO. The effect of coloring agents content on the colour of opaque glass was discussed, and then opaque glass of black se- ries was prepared. The effect of coloring agents on phase separation and crystallization in the opaque glass was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that, the contents of col- oring agents are Fe203 2. 0%-5.0%,Co203 0. 15%-0. 25% and NiO 0. 3%-0. 4% in the study,when Fe2 O3 is less than 4. 0%, the principal crystalline phase is calcium sodium phosphate (Na3 Ca6 (PO4)5) without change when Fe2 03 is 4.0 %, the principal crystalline phase become hydroxylapatite(Cas (PO4)3 OH). Co2 03 and NiO make crystallization re- duce. The size of phase separation droplet reduces from about 500 nm to 200-400 nm, but the amount of phase separation droplet increases.
