摘 要:分别采用滑石粉、粉煤灰作为填料,制备了LDHs(层状双羟基复合金属氢氧化物)/SBS改性沥青涂盖料,研究了填料对LDHs/SBS改性沥青涂盖料物理性能和老化性能的影响。结果表明:以滑石粉为填料的LDHs/SBS改性沥青涂盖料具有更高的软化点,表现出较好的耐热性;而以粉煤灰为填料的LDHs/SBS改性沥青涂盖料具有更好的低温柔性,且经过紫外老化和热氧老化后,其软化点增量和低温柔度降低量均小于以滑石粉为填料的LDHs/SBS改性沥青涂盖料,表现出更好的耐低温性能和耐紫外光、热氧老化性能。Layered double hydroxides (LDHs)/SBS modified asphalt coating was prepared by melt blending with filler of talcum powder or fly ash. The effects of fillers on physical and aging properties of LDHs/SBS modified asphalt coating were investigated. The results show that the softening point of coating of LDHs/SBS modified asphalt containing talcum powder is higher,which indicates the better heat resistance, while the coating of LDHs/SBS modified asphalt containing fly ash shows better low temperature flexibility, and the softening point increment and low temperature flexibility decre- ment are both lower than that containing talcum powder after ultraviolet aging and thermal-oxidative aging, which implies the better resistance to low temperature,ultraviolet light and thermal-oxidation.
