摘 要:以4种不同湿润性等级的硅橡胶材料作为样本,用接触角测量仪记录液滴在试样表面的变化,对静态和动态接触角精确测量,考察了测量时间对静态接触角的影响,以及接触角度与湿润性等级的对应关系。研究结果表明:静态接触角大小随测量时间延长先是比较稳定,而后下降明显,最后趋于稳定,推荐在10 s内测量完成;静态接触角与湿润性等级的区分性较差,而后接触角则能准确反应试样的湿润性,但实验表明,其大小和湿润性等级对应的临界值与国标GB/T 24622-2009中的推荐值有一定的差别,还需进一步地研究界定。The essay selected four kinds of silicone rubber materials of different wettability class (WC) as samples, recorded droplet changes on their surfaces by contact angle measuring device, accurately measured static and dynamic contact angles, and investigated the effect of measurement time on wettability class static contact angle and the corresponding relationship between contact angle and wettability class. Research results showed that the value of static contact angle was relatively stable at first, then greatly declined with the increase of measurement time and stabilized in the end. Thus it was recommended that the measurement was completed within 10 seconds. It also showed that the static contact angle could not well distinguish wettability class, while the receding contact angle could exactly reflect the wettability of samples. However, the experiment results indicated that the value of receding contact angle and corresponding critical value of wettability class had certain difference from the recommended value of International Standard GB/T 24622-2009, and it needed to be further studied.
