摘　　要：探讨了硅灰对水泥胶合剂的强度及其它性能的影响,并将其应用于瓷绝缘子产品的实际生产中,产品后期养护方式采用覆盖喷水湿养护方式替代温水养护方式。结果表明:掺入适量的硅灰可以显著提高水泥胶合剂的强度并且优化其它多项性能,而且其对胶装工艺及产品外观的美化具有一定改善的作用,胶装的绝缘子产品符合生产要求,取得了良好的经济技术效益。The influence of silica fume on the strength and other performances ot cement compo was researched. The cement compo doped with silica fume was applied in insulator production. Water curing was instead of water spray-covering wet curing as the later period maintain. The results showed that the strength of cement compo doped with silica fume was increased obviously and other performances of it were also improved. The adhesive binding technology was improved and the production appearance was prettified by doping silica fume into cement compo. The performances of insulator production were conformed to the manufacture standards, which achieved good economic and technical efficiency.
