摘  要:建立了湿式多盘制动器有限元模型,应用ANSYS软件对制动器在非制动状态下的温度场进行有限元分析,得出了制动器温度场的分布状况,并对影响制动器温度的主要因素进行了灵敏度分析。结果表明,内外摩擦片的分布状态是导致制动器异常高温的主要因素,为制动器进一步优化设计和解决高温问题提供了理论依据。The finite element model of a wet multi-disc brake was built, and ANSYS was applied to carry out FEA of the temperature field of the brake in non-braking state. The distribution of the temperature field of the brake was obtained, and the sensitivity of the main factors affecting the brake temperature was analyzed. The results showed that the distribution of inner and outer friction plates was the main factor to cause the abnormally high temperature of the brake. The study offered theoretical basis for further optimization design of the brake and solution of high temperature problems.
