摘  要:渐开线花键是齿轮箱传递转矩的重要零件,通常花键联接仅用于传递转矩,但在某些场合,花键还要承受部分径向载荷、弯矩或者轴向载荷,这些载荷可导致内外花键齿面发生相对移动,从而引起齿面磨损。笔者针对花键跑合及发生疲劳磨损时产生的磨损量,研究花键联接发生滑动磨损和疲劳磨损的机理,并且给出花了键磨损寿命的计算方法。The involute spline fit are mainly used for the torque transmission in the gearbox. The spline is commonly used for torque transmission, and carries partial radial loading, axial loading or bending moment on some occasion. These loadings results in relative movement between tooth face of inner spline and that of outer spline, and then the wearing of the tooth face. Great wearing usually takes place in runningin mode and in fatigue wearing mode. In the paper, the slide wearing and fatigue wearing generating mechanism of the spline were studied, and the method of calculating the tribo-fatigue lifespan of the spline was offered.
