摘  要:电动汽车供能设施的配套建设是我国电动汽车进一步推广发展的关键,为此,提出融合充电站、换电站和储能站优势的电动汽车充放储一体化站的设计方案,从变流技术、调度及功能设计2方面阐述了一体化站的控制与运行。变流装置可实现电池系统与电网的能量双向互动,一体化站可为电动汽车供能,并可为电网提供削峰填谷、无功补偿、谐波治理、紧急支持等辅助服务。在此基础上,结合电网的不同状态,讨论分析一体化站可能的运行模式,并根据电池储能系统特性划分一体化站2个电池系统的储能水平,进一步探讨计及电网状态的充放储一体化站运行模式,旨在为一体化站的优化运行控制提供参考。Construction of complete energy facilities is pivotal in the development and further popularization of electric vehicles (EV) in China. A design scheme for electric vehicles (EV) charging-discharging-storage integrated station, in which the functions of charging, battery swapping and storage are merged, is proposed, and in the aspects of converting technique and dispatching and function design the control and operation of the integrated station are expounded. The bidirectional interaction between battery system and power network can be implemented by converting equipments, and besides energy supply for EV the integrated station can provide power network such auxiliary services as peak load shifting, reactive power compensation, harmonic elimination and emergency support. On this basis, combined with different operating modes of power network, possible operational modes of the integrated station are analyzed and according to the features of battery energy storage system the energy storage levels of two battery systems of the integrated station are divided, and then taking power network statuses into account the operating modes of the integrated station are further researched.
