摘 要:大电网发展的耦合化、容性化,使得电力系统无功电压调控的难度越来越大,具体表现为省地电网间的调控失配问题。考虑分级调度机制的影响,对调控失配问题进行机理分析,得到调控目标、调控需求与调控能力之间的配合特性,提出三维分析方法,从空间、时间与目标3个维度上剖析省地调控配合的关系,得到调控失配问题的解决思路与方向。结合AVC/VQC控制的特点,在就地校正控制中引入变压器高压侧电压判据,兼顾上下层调控的需求,优化调控效果。实例分析验证了解决思路与解决策略的合理性与有效性。The close-coupled and high-capacitive characters of large-scale power grid are concomitant with its development, it make the reactive power and voltage control more difficult, and as a result the mismatching between voltage control in provincial power grid and that in regional power network appears. Considering the influence of hierarchical scheduling mechanism, the voltage control mismatching is analyzed to obtain the coordination characteristics among control objective, control demand and control capability. A three-dimensional analysis method is proposed to dissect the coordination relation between the voltage control of provincial power grid and that of regional power network in three dimensionalities of space, time and objective and to attain the thinking for the solution of the control mismatching. Combining with the features of AVC/VQC control, a voltage criterion at the 220kV side of transformers in the substations is led into the local corrective control to consider the demands from voltage control in power grid and that in power network to optimize the result of voltage control. The effectiveness and reasonableness of the thinking and strategy to solve this problem are verified by case study.
