摘 要:特高压电网送电功率变化较大,无功电压控制问题比较突出,控制系统电压的重要手段是投切主变三次侧的电容器组,实际运行中投切电容器组的频率很高。另外,由于特高压工程的特殊性,其对投切电容器组断路器的技术参数要求也高于相关标准,而目前现场运行的投切电容器组断路器未进行达到特高压工程要求的电寿命试验。为验证断路器投切电容器组电寿命能力,分析特高压交流变电站投切电容器组断路器技术要求与标准差异,探讨了利用合成试验回路进行电寿命试验的等效性,建立试验回路、计算主要电气参数,通过仿真计算结果验证,合成试验回路各项试验参数均满足投切电容器组断路器电寿命需要,能够保证试验断路器得到有效考核。In view of greater change of power transmitted in UHV power grid, the control of reactive power and voltage is very significant and one of the important manners to control grid voltage is switching capacitor banks configured at the third winding side of. main transformer, and in actual operation of UHV power grid the capacitor banks are frequently switched. Moreover, in view of the distinctiveness of UHV transmission project, the requirement of UHV transmission system on the technical parameters of circuit breakers to switch capacitor banks is higher than those specified in related standards, and up to now the electrical endurance tests, which reaches engineering requirement of UHV transmission project, for the on-site operated capacitor bank breakers (CBB) are not yet performed. To verify the electrical endurance of CBB and to analyze technical requirement to CBB installed in UHVAC transformer substations and the differences between technical parameters of CBB and those of other UHV circuit breakers specified in standards, the equivalence of performing electrical endurance tests by the synthetic test circuit is discussed. The test circuit is constructed and main parameters are computed. Simulation results show that the testing parameters of the synthetic test circuit can meet the requirements of electrical endurance test for CBB, thus the effective electrical endurance examination of CBB can be ensured.
