摘 要:风电出力具有随机性和波动性,大规模风电并网将给电力系统带来消纳难题。针对酒泉风电基地二期3 GW风电接入电网问题,以规划建设的典型方式为例,分析了系统电压无功特性,并基于此研究了2种典型情况下的无功补偿设备配置方案,从2个侧面讨论了酒泉风电基地二期接入系统联网通道的输电能力,针对各种影响因素,从多个角度进一步论证了无功补偿设备配置方案和输电能力的敏感性,给出了可行措施和建议。Due to the randomness and fluctuation of wind power output, the grid-connection of large-scale wind farms brings a puzzle to power grid to accommodate the wind power. In allusion to the accommodation of the second phase of 3 GW Jiuquan wind power base project, taking the typical pattern of planned construction as example, the characteristics of reactive power and voltage of power grid are analyzed and on this basis the configuration schemes of reactive power compensation equipments under two typical conditions are researched, and the transmission capacity of grid-connecting channel for the second phase of 3 GW Jiuquan wind power base project is discussed in two aspects. Based on various influencing factors, the sensitivities of configuration schemes of reactive power compensation equipments and transmission capacity are further demonstrated, and then feasible measures and suggestions are given.
