摘  要:应用CAN总线的分布式数据采集系统对大型飞行器壳体结构的应力应变在线实时监测是进行结构监测的有效手段,在介绍CAN总线和分布式数据采集的基础上,设计以TMS320VC5416 DSP为节点核心的测量系统,利用CAN总线对数据采集与传输进行控制。并给出基于TMS320VC5416 DSP数据采集系统的相应节点硬件电路设计及PC-CAN卡程序设计。Data acquisition system based on CAN bus was utilized to online monitor the stress and strain of shell structures of large flight vehicles in real time, it is an effective approach of structural monitoring. This study was based on data acquisition system and CAN bus, took TMS320VC5416 DSP as centre, then, performed control on both data acquisition and CAN bus data transmission. Design of hardware circuit based on TMS320VC5416 DSP data acquisition system, relevant Child node design and PC- CAN card software design were given.
