摘  要:目的评价中药益气养阴生精方对微波辐射后雄性大鼠生殖系统相关参数的影响及睾丸组织病理形态学的变化情况。方法二级健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠54只,随机分为对照组14只,辐射组20只和中药组20只,辐射组和中药组用高功率脉冲微波辐射雄性大鼠,1周后中药组给予益气养阴生精方灌胃给药,对照组不予辐射,常规饲养。14 d后大鼠股动脉取血,分离血清,采用化学发光法检测血清性激素,并剖开附睾和附睾管,采用WL-9000精子分析仪分析精子总数和活跃精子密度,取睾丸组织光镜观察组织学变化情况。结果辐射组大鼠血清睾酮(T)浓度低于对照组,孕酮(P)浓度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组的T浓度高于辐射组,P浓度低于辐射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大鼠精子总数和活跃精子密度辐射组较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组的精子总数比辐射组和对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。光镜观察大鼠睾丸组织辐射组可见生精上皮层轻度疏松,生精细胞变性、坏死和脱落,腔内精子减少,生精小管腔内间质蛋白水肿液积聚等;而经过中药灌胃治疗后大鼠睾丸生精小管腔中的精子明显密集,精子数量增高。结论高功率辐射可引起睾丸早期损伤,睾酮辐射后的变化提示睾丸间质细胞对高功率辐射较敏感;益气养阴生精方能够改善辐射后大鼠血清性激素水平,治疗后睾酮和孕激素有显著改变,可提高辐射后精子质量,改变辐射后睾丸的病理变化,从而提高其生殖能力。Objective To review the influence of Yiqi Yangyin Shengjing Fang on the relative parameters of reproductive system in male rats after microwave radiation. Methods Male Wistar rats ( n = 54) were randomly divided into control group (n = 14 ) , radiation group (n = 20) and Chinese medicinal group (n = 20). The radiation group and Chinese medicinal group were radiated with high-power pulsed microwave for one week, and then Chinese medicinal group was intragastrically given Yiqi Yangyin Shengjing Fang. The control group was not radiated and given conventional feeding. After 14 days the blood samples were collected from rat femoral artery hormones were detected by using chemiluminescence. for separating serum. The levels of serum sex The total sperm count and active sperm density in epididymis and epididymal duct were detected by applying WL-90000 sperm analyzer, and the histological changes of testicular tissue were observed with the light microscope. Results The concentration of testosterone (T) was lower and that of progesterone (P) was higher in radiation group than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The concentration of T was higher and that of P was lower in Chinese medicinal group than those in radiation group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The total sperm count and active sperm density decreased in radiation group compared with control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The total sperm count increased significantly in Chinese medicinal group compared with radiation group and control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The observation results of light microscope showed the loose of spermatogenic epithelium, degeneration, necrosis and exfoliation of spermatogenic cells, and decrease of sperms in epididymal ducts, and accumulation of interstitial protein edematous fluid in seminiferous tubules. After treatment with Chinese medicinals, significant concentrated sperms and higher sperm count were observed in seminiferous tubules.
