摘　　要：常见的稳定化处理生产线有感应加热两组双牵引轮式和铅锅加热模拔式两大类 ,新开发的卡电加热模拔式是利用以牵引机为动力拉丝减径时对钢丝产生张应力 ,并且将拉丝模和牵引机分别作为卡电加热的两个极 ,使之间具有张应力的钢丝产生焦尔 -楞次热 ,实现钢丝在回火温度下的预张拉 ,然后进入水槽 ,达到稳定化处理的目的。There are two kinds of common stabilizing production lines that are two set of double traction wheel type with induction heating and die drawing type with lead pot heating.New developed die drawing type line with power on heating uses tractor as power to make steel wire exert tensile stress in wire drawing,and takes drawing die and tractor respectively as two poles of power on heating,which makes the steel wire possessing tensile stress in between two poles produce Joule-Lenz heat,so as to attain pretension of steel wire at tempering temperature,then the steel wire gets into the water trough,so it achieves the aim of stabilizing.
