摘　　要：金属制品行业镀锌、热处理生产线较长 ,收放线操作工人生产联系极不方便。自己动手制作一套联络信号装置 ,既可解决前后呼应问题 ,又利于文明操作。给出该装置的线路图和安装方法 ,使自制信号联络装置成为可能 ,按图购料连接 ,即可制成该装置。The Galvanization or heat treatment production lines in steel wire products industry are longer,so the production connections between take up operator and pay off operator are not convenient extremely.To do a set of connection signal apparatus by self can solve the question echoing each other in front and behind,and benefit civilized operation.The circuit diagram and wiring method of the apparatus are given out,which make it be able to do connection signal apparatus.In terms of the diagram to buy materials and connect,the apparatus can be made.
