摘 要:文章分析了在发生应急情况时煤层气决策的3个层面内容:设备危险度评估、山区复杂道路的权重分析以及多目标数学模型。设备危险度评估是在决策层面快速定位设备所处高危险区域,减少重大事故的发生和蔓延;山区复杂道路的权重分析是采用模糊推理方法对山区道路的权重进行分析,在数据层面减少抢险救灾的时间;多目标决策模型是在执行层面对资源进行调度与分配。实验结果表明,该方法能够满足巡检决策的需要,具有一定的实际使用价值。Three aspects are mainly concerned in event of coal-bed methane (CBM) emergencies, equipment risk assessment, weight analysis of complex mountain road and multi-objective model. Equipment risk assessment is at decision-making level to quickly locate high-risk areas, where the CBM equipment is priority handled to reduce the occurrence and spread of accidents. Weight analysis of complex mountain road bases on fuzzy inference method, which is at data level to spend less time for vehicle travel. Multi-objective model is at implementation level to dispatch and allocate all of resources. Multi-objective emergency model is applied to coal-bed gas surface gathering system of Shizhuang demonstration area in the southern of Qinshui basin. Practice shows that this study has some practical value.
