摘  要:本文针对济钢一炼钢厂小方坯提高拉速后铸坯出现内部裂纹严重和漏钢的问题,阐述了二冷配水的工艺优化和实施。实践证明:通过工艺优化,降低了漏钢事故,改善了铸坯内部质量。This article described the optimizing and practice of the secondary cooling water distributing for billet CC at No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Iron & Steel Group in order to solve the problems such as breakout & serious internal cracks of billet when casting speed was increased. It has been proved that the breakout can be decreased greatly and the internal quality of billet can also be improved considerably by optimizing the process.
