摘  要:目的对持续非卧床腹膜透析患者的营养状况及其影响因素进行科学分析,探讨合理有效的护理措施。方法对60例持续非卧床腹膜透析患者进行营养学评估,采用主观综合营养评估、膳食分析、^体学测量及生化指标的测定对可能影响患者营养状况的常见因素进行分析。结果60例患者中发生营养不良20例占33.3%,主要由于蛋白质及能量摄人不足、透析不充分、腹膜炎性状态、代谢性酸中毒、社会心理因素及未使用促红细胞生成素等。结论重视持续非卧床腹膜透析患者的营养不良情况,指导患者合理膳食,针对各相关因素全面落实护理措施,可改善患者的营养状况,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the nutritional status of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and explore reasonable and effective nursing measures. Methods Nutritional assessment was per- formed in 60 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, using subjective integrated nutritional as- sessment, dietary analysis, measurement of biochemical indexes of the human body to analyze the factors that might affect the nutritional status of patients. Results 60 cases of malnutrition occurred in 20 patients (33.3 per cent), mainly due to instrfl[icient protein and energy intake, inadequate dialysis, peritoneal inflammation, metabolic acidosis, psychosocial factors and not using erythropoietin, and so on. Conclusions Measures such as emphasis paid to malnutrition status of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients, giving guidance of rational diet, performing full implementation of nursing measures according to the related factors, can improve the nutritional status of patients and improve patients' quality of life.
