摘　　要：中国博士后科学基金对博士后成长与国家科技进步发挥着重要作用。为更好地发挥基金资助效果,采用文献法阐述了该基金会的发展过程,历年资助金的规模变化和资助博士后数量发展,资助金的资助效益,分析该基金存在着资助面较低且不稳定,资助类别设置不合理的问题,提出了"固定政府资助比例","调整资助类别与等级"和"改进评审制度"的资助政策改革措施。China Postdoctoral Science Foundation （CPSF） plays an important role in the postdoctoral growth and the progress of national science and technology. In order to better play CPSF effects, based on an exploration of existing documents, the paper describes the developmental process of CPSF, the scale change of the funds and the number of the funded post doctors as well as the funding effectiveness year by year. The author concluded that there was problems in CPSF such as insufficient coverage and instability of funds and the inappropriate setting of funding types, and proposed some measures for funding policy re- form including establishing a fixed proportion of government funding; adjusting the funding categories and grades; and improving the evaluation system.
