跟骨骨折早期内固定及负压封闭引流对切口的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨跟骨骨折早期手术术后负压封闭引流预防和治疗切口并发症疗效。方法:对扬州市广陵医院和扬州市江都区真武卫生院杨庄分院2006年8月～2010年11月间收治的18例21足跟骨骨折早期手术,术中经跟骨外侧L形切口切开复位,钛钢板内固定,可植骨或不植骨,术后负压封闭吸引5～10天。结果:18例21足经负压封闭引流治疗,切口均甲级愈合,无感染发生。平均愈合时间为13.8天。结论:负压封闭引流对跟骨骨折早期手术减少切口并发症的发生及切口良好愈合有明显的效果。Objective： To investigate the early postoperative calcaneus fracture operation of vacuum sealing drainage for prevention and treatment of complication of wound treatment. Methods： In our hospital in 2006 August to 2010 November treated 18 cases of 21 foot calcaneal fracture early operation, by intraoperative lateral calcaneal L shaped incision open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate, titanium, but bone graft with or without bone grafting, postoperative vacuum sealing drainage 5-10 days.Results：18 patients with 21 foot by vacuum sealing drainage therapy, the cuts were healing, without infection. The average healing time was 13.8 days. Conclusion： negative pressure closed drainage for calcaneal fractures early operation reduce incisional complications and wound healed well and had obvious effect.
