旋牵手法治疗颈椎失稳性眩晕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析颈椎中段失稳诱发颈性眩晕及观察旋牵手法治疗的疗效。方法:收集整理入住我院的80例颈性眩晕患者的临床资料,分析排除引起椎动脉型颈椎病的其他因素的干扰,如寰枢关节病变,椎动脉自身管壁病变等病因,就单独由颈椎体中段失稳引起颈性眩晕,设置临床对比实验,将80例随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组给予单纯的药物治疗,治疗组给予药物及旋牵手法治疗。结果:1个疗程后,通过调整失稳的颈椎体中段,95%患者颈性眩晕得到有效缓解,随访半年后,仅5例患者眩晕症状复发。结论:颈椎体中段失稳诱发的颈性眩晕经保守治疗可明显缓解该病的临床症状。Objective： To analyse the middle of the cervical vertebra instability cause the cervical vertigo and observe the conservative treatment of experience. Methods： 80 patients collected were admitted to the hospital clinical data, Analysis excluded cause of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy and the other factors of interference, Such as between atlas articular damage, vertebral artery disease causes such as their own wall, By the middle of cervical vertebra was single body instability cause of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy mechanism, Set clinical comparative experiments, 80 subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, and the control group was given simple drug treatment, the treatment group given drugs and Rotation-traction manipulation. Results： 1 after a period of treatment, by adjusting the instability of cervical vertebra midway through the body, 95% of patients cervical vertigo get relief, and follow-up after six months, the only five patients relapsed vertigo symptoms. Conclusion： Cervical body instability caused by the middle cervical vertigo with conservative treatment dramatically may alleviate clinical symptoms of the disease.
