左卡尼汀对血液透析患者血脂及炎性介质的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用左卡尼汀对血液透析(HD)患者的血脂及炎性介质的影响。方法:选取我院血液透析中心2008～2011年维持性血液透析患者(1年以上)30例作为研究对象,血液透析后进行1g左卡尼汀每周3次,观察治疗前及1年后患者的血脂及血清CRP水平。结果:观察组患者的血脂及血清CRP水平有明显变化。对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀可以有效改善HD患者微炎症状态及血脂水平。Objective： To observe the clinical treatment effect of levocarn in Patients of Maintenance Hemodialysis. Methods： Selected 30 uremia patients who has been dialysis regular more than half of one year .30cases were added1g of L-carnitine intravenous injection after each dialysis lasted for1year. Measurement lipid levels and tested C-reaction protein Before and after treatment .Results： Before and after treatment, the levels of CRP and lipid Change obviously. Conclusion： L-CN could reduce dyslipidemia and inflammatory reaction.
