摘  要:采用冷挤压与冲裁相结合的新形工艺方法成形大高径比空心锻件 ,不仅大大提高生产效率 ,而且产品性能也远远高于热锻产品。通过有限元对整个变形过程的模拟 ,可动态观察整个变形过程应力、应变以及速度场的变化情况 ,从而为金属塑变过程流动规律的分析提供强有力的理论支持 ,并为优化工艺方案提供参考依据。实验结果同有限元仿真结果的很好吻合 ,不但充分证明该工艺方案的可行性 。In this paper,a new process method combines cold extrusion with blanking is adapted for large relative height (H/d)hollow forging parts. Not only the production efficiency is improved greatly,but also products quality is much better than that of hot forging products Through FEM for the whole deformation we can observe completely the dynamic change of stress field,strain field and velocity field The result of finite element offers a firm academic support for the analysis of metal flowing rules in plastic deformation and can provide us with useful reference for optimization of process design The full tally betweem the result of experiment and FE simulation not only proves the possibility of the new method but also provides a new thought for the production of analogical parts
