摘　　要：为提高紫铜风口前帽产品的力学性能 ,提出采用塑性加工方法对其铸造预制坯进行局部成形 ,通过有限元分析和模拟 ,给出了合理的预制坯形状尺寸和模具结构 ,并根据生产实际 ,设计了风口前帽锻件局部成形模具 ,经生产实际验证 。In order to improve mechanical properties of a front cap of the tuyere,a metal plastic working process for manufacturing a casting preform was proposed The reasonable shape and dimensions of the preform and the die structure were determined through analyzing and simulating by the FEM method A set of die for manufacturing the front cap of the tuyere was designed according to the actual working conditions
