摘　　要：针对热锻模的主要失效方式 ,通过大量的试验 ,对 Ni4 5、 Ni60、 Co- 0 2 3种材料的热喷熔层分别进行了磨损。Focused on the main failure means of forging dies, through massive experiments, the properties of wear resistance, repeated impact and thermo fatigue of the thermal spray coating of three kinds of spray materials, Ni45、Ni60、and Co 02 are studied.
