摘　　要：分析了山东省交通国有资产管理、监督、运营方式现状以及存在的问题，就加强交通国有资产管理、监督提出了对策建议，并对我省交通企业加快推进现代企业制度创新，建立交通国有资产运营机制进行了探讨。This article analyzes the existing circumstances and problems of the management, supervision and operation patterns of state－ owned transport assets in Shandong province. It proposes the countermeasures and suggestions that strengthen the control and supervision of state－ owned transport assets. It also discusses the problems that enterprises in our province rapidly promote the new modern enterprises' regulations and establish the operation mechanism of state－ owned transport assets.
