摘  要:采用SEM,XRD,XPS,ESR考察了Co-Mo-K/Al_2O_3水煤气变换催化剂的结构。结果表明:该催化剂的活性组分分布均匀,分散度高;氧化态催化剂中Co以CoO形式存在,Mo以MoO_3形式存在;Co,Mo只能部分被硫化;催化剂对水煤气变换反应的活性相为Co-Mo-S相;钾在体系中增进活性组分的分散,但无明显的电子效应。The structure of Co-Mo-K/Al2O3 water gas shift (WGS) catalyst (B302Q) produced by our Institute has been investigated by SEM, XRD, XPS and ESR. The results showed that the active components were highly dispersed and. uniformly distributed on support y-Al2O3. The Co and Mo of the oxidized catalyst were presented, as CoO and MoO3 respectively. The catalyst could not be sulfided completely. It also showed that the active phase of the catalyst for WGS was Co-Mo-S phase, the K increased the dispersity of the active components, however, no obvious electronic effect was observed.
