摘  要:用X射线衍射、X光荧光,差热分析、魔角自旋核磁共振及正己烷吸附测定了三种硅铝比的丝光沸石与它们的不同深度脱铝物的物化性质。丝光沸石无论脱铝与否,都有较好的热稳定性,结构发生显著变化的温度均在1000℃以上。丝光沸石在合宜条件下脱铝约50%时,能基本保持原有结构,但XRD结果表明,特征衍射峰的位置和强度有改变。丝光沸石的骨架铝脱除后,在该处留下隔离的空位,表现为正己烷的吸附量的增加。正己烷吸附量与脱铝空位数以及未脱铝丝光沸石的硅铝比有正比关系。The physico-chemical characteristics of three parent mordenites with different Si/Al ratios and their dealuminated species were studied by means of X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, magic spin nuclear magnetic lesonance (MAS-NMR) and n-hexane adsorption. It was observed that the mordenites whether dealuminated or not show high thermostability, their structure is obviously changed all at above 1000℃. Generally, the spectra of 29Si MAS-NMR consist of three peaks, i. e. Si(2Al), Si(lAl) and Si(OAl). The relative peak area of these three peaks is approximately 10, 50 and 40% respectively for parent mordenites, and approximately 5, 25, 70% or o, 20 and 80% respectively for the corresponding dealuminated mordenites. The removal of framework Al results in isolated vacant sites in the place originally occupied by Al before dealumination as indicated by an increase in n-hexane adsorption capacity, a shift in position and some change in intensity of the X-ray diffraction lines.
