摘　　要：少数民族语言期刊及外文小语种期刊编目是ISSN中国国家中心编目工作的重要组成部分,目前存在编目工具不足、专业人员缺乏等问题。为此,我国应根据实际情况及时制定民语及小语种期刊罗马化标准,其标准及规定应与ISSN国际中心保持统一,可通过外请民语专家与编目工作人员互相配合编目等方法实现,同时还应注意关联数据的维护及ISO标准获得等问题。The cataloging of Chinese minority language periodicals and rare foreign language periodicals is the important part of the cataloging work of International Standard Serial Number（ISSN） China Centre.At present,it has some problems,such as insufficient cataloging tools,lacking of professionals,and so on.In this respect,our country should formulate the romanization standard of Chinese minority language periodicals and rare foreign language periodicals timely according to the actual situation,the standard and provision should maintain unity with the ISSN International Centre.It could be realized through the cocataloging of outside language experts and catalogers,at the same time,we should also pay attention to the maintenance of associated data and the acquisition of ISO standards.
