摘　　要：大学生就业形势的复杂与严峻对高校图书馆就业信息服务的拓展提出了挑战。针对这种情况,高校图书馆应提供就业政策及就业心理指导服务,提供职业生涯规划培训及就业能力指导服务,搭建信息服务平台、加强就业信息网络化指导服务,以构建大学生就业服务体系、完善大学生就业信息管理机制、优化就业指导服务工作,践行大学生就业信息服务的新途径。The complicated and grave situation of the graduate employment brings the challenge to university libraries.In this situation,university libraries should provide guidance services of employment policies and the employment psychology,provide trainings of the career planning and guidance services of the employment ability,set up the information service platform and strengthen guidance services of employment information networks,in order to construct the graduate employment service system,perfect the management mechanism of the graduate employment information,optimize the work of employment guidance services,finally,practice new ways of graduate employment information services.
