苍鹭致病性沙门菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：本试验主要从江西省九江市鄱阳湖某苍鹭养殖场送检的10只患病雏苍鹭进行细菌分离、细菌培养特性观察、生化特性鉴定、动物回归试验、药物敏感性试验,从而指导该病例的临床诊断和治疗。试验结果,从患病苍鹭的肝脏分离得到一株强毒致病性革兰阴性短杆菌,确定为沙门菌;该菌株对环丙沙星、左氧沙星、氧氟沙星、甲氧苄啶极度敏感;对青霉素G、林可霉素、利福平完全耐药。The main purpose of this experiment was the isolation of pathogenic bacteria from the path- ological heron from a PoYang Lake farm in Jiangxi Province, Bacterial isolating culture, biochemical identification, animal regression test and drug sensitivity text in vitro were performed, which further guided clinical diagnosis and treatment. The results of the experiment：a pathogenic bacteria strain was isolated from the livers of the pathological heron, it was gram-negative short bacillus, and was confirmed as salmonella. The results of drug sensitivity test in vitro showed the strain was extremely sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin star,ofloxacin,trimethoprim, but completely resistant to rifampin, trimethoprim, ampicillin.
