三个枸杞品种花粉直感效应研究

摘　　要：为研究枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)的花粉直感效应,选用"宁杞1号"、"宁杞2号"、"宁杞3号"、"宁杞7号"、"大麻叶"、"小麻叶"、"0901"等7个品种(系)的花粉,分别给"宁杞1号、"宁杞3号、"宁杞7号"授粉,以自花授粉为对照,观察其对当年坐果率和果实性状的影响。结果表明:3个供试枸杞品种都存在花粉直感效应,其中"宁杞3号"表现最明显。花粉直感效应在坐果率、果实大小、单果重、多糖含量方面表现明显,在果形指数方面表现不明显。In order to study the pollen xenia effect of wolfberry, total of 7 wolfberry cultivars pollen, ‘Ningqi No. 1＇, ‘ Ningqi No. 2’,‘Ningqi No. 3’, ‘ Ningqi No. 7’,‘Damaye’, ‘Xiaomaye＇, ‘ No. 0901 ＇ ,were used for pollinating 3 cultivars, ‘Ningqi No. 1＇, ‘Ningqi No. 3’,‘Ningqi No. 77’ ,self pollinated as control. Its effect on fruit-setting rate and characters were observed. The results showed that the 3 test cultivars all showed xenia effect, but the ＇Ningqi No. 37 exhibited significantly. The xenia effect obviously appeared on fruit-setting rate, fruit size, fruit weight, polysaccharide content, except on fruit shape index.
