摘　　要：发展现代化农业,必须以科技为支撑。推动河北省农业科技公益性转化对发展农业经济、实现农业现代化发挥着重要作用。该文在系统分析河北省农业科技公益性转化现状的基础上,从科技贡献率、成果适用性、农业人员素质等方面探讨了河北省农业科技公益性转化中存在的问题,并提出了加快农业科技公益性转化的对策。The development of modern agriculture should depend on science and technology. The public welfare transformation of agricultural science and technology plays an important role in agricultural economic development and the agricultural modernization. Based on the systematic analysis of public welfare transformation agricultural science and technology in Hebei province, the existing problems in welfare transformation of agricultural science and technology were discussed from the scientific and teelmological contribution rate, results applicability, agricultural personnel＇ s quality, and finally some measures to speed up the transformation of agricultural science and technology public welfare were put forward.
