新生代农民工社会福利意识现状及特点研究——基于北京市的抽样调查

摘　　要：社会福利意识是影响社会福利体系效能的直接因素,在塑造一个国家社会福利政策体系中具有重要作用。本次调查显示,来京务工新生代农民工的社会福利意识接近中间偏自由主义路线,或者说,更接近于福利混合主义。他们一方面期待政府承担解决社会问题、提供福利、保障其生活的责任,另一方面,也认为工作单位、个人及家庭应承担比较大的福利责任。另外,研究显示,新生代农民工是一个同质性较强的群体,不同年龄、收入、文化程度的新生代农民工的福利观没有出现比较显著的分化。The awareness of social welfare is a direct factor that influences the efficacy of the social welfare system, hence playing an important role in shaping a countryg social welfare policy system. The survey shows that the social welfare awareness of a new generation of migrant workers in Beijing is close to the center - liberal line, or closer to the welfare syncretism. On the one hand, they expect the government to assume the responsibility of solving social problems, providing welfare and securing their lives. On the other hand, they also think that the organization in which they work, they themselves and their families should bear more obligations for welfare. In addition, the stud- ies indicate that the new generation of migrant workers is a group of strong homogeneity and their views on welfare do not greatly differentiate with the variation of age, income, and education level.
