摘  要:采用Fenton氧化法处理水溶液中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,考察H2O2投加量、H2O2/Fe2+摩尔比、初始pH、反应时间对处理效果的影响,通过正交试验确定了反应过程的关键控制因素。结果表明,Fenton法处理初始质量浓度为20mg/L的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚水溶液时,影响其去除率的因素依次为H2O2投加量>初始pH>H2O2/Fe2+摩尔比>反应时间。通过单因素试验确定其主要因素的最佳水平:H2O2投加量为13.0 mmol/L、H2O2/Fe2+摩尔比为3、初始pH为3.0、反应时间为10 min。该条件下对TOC去除率效果不明显为8.35%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚总量去除率为94.93%,通过紫外可见光谱分析发现,Fenton氧化法对壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚结构中的苯环结构开环作用效果明显。The Fenton oxidation process was applied in the treatment ofnonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEOs) in aqueous solution. The effects of H2O2 dosag, Fe2+ dosage, pH value and reaction time on the degradation of NPEOs in water samples were investigated systematically. The orthogonal experiment indicated that the order of degree of influence on the NPEOs removal rate was dosage of H2O2, initial pH, molar ratio of H2O2/Te2+ and reaction time. The single-factor tests were carried out to determine the optimal conditions, and the results were/H2O2 dosage of 13.0 mmol/L, molar ratio of H2O2/Fe2+ of 3, pH value of 3 and reaction time of 10 min. Under the optimum operation conditions, the TOC and NPEOs removal rates were 8.35% and 94.93%, respectively. Moreover, the UV-vis spectra results suggested the favorable effect on opening of aromatic groups with Fenton oxidation process.
