摘  要:为了满足出厂水浊度在95%时间≤0.10 NTU的浙江省现代化水厂对浊度的要求,新昌中法供水有限公司在原来PAC混凝剂投加方式的基础上,增加了活化硅酸在沉淀后的二次投加,使沉后水中胶体颗粒表面性质发生改变,相互间继续混凝,并与滤料间的相互吸附能力加强,从而达到提高过滤效果,降低滤后水浊度的目的。本文在实验室、生产性试验及生产性应用方面作了研究,表明微絮凝工艺能很好地降低滤后水浊度和颗粒数,降低开泵和反冲洗时引起的初滤水浊度上升,从而增强滤池抗冲击能力,保证了出厂水水质达到浙江省现代化水厂0.10 NTU的水质目标要求。To meet the turbidity requirement of modernization water plant in Zhejiang province (≤0.10 NTU), activated silica acid was added after the traditional addition of PAC coagulant in Xinchang Sino-French Water Supply Co. Ltd., Surface property of colloidal particle in water changed after the addition of activated silica acid, which promoted the coagulation between colloidal particles. Meanwhile, the adsorption capacity of filtering media for colloidal particles increased, which improved the filtering efficiency. Application and experimental results indicate the turbidity and particle numbers of filtered water decreased by using micro-flocculation process, which avoided the increase of initial filtrated water turbidity when back flush and pumping, and enhanced the impact resistance of filter tank. Finally, the effluent water quality achieved the turbidity requirement of modernization water plant in Zhejiang province (≤ 0.10 NTU).
